Inclusions

1. Transportation: AC Semi-Sleeper Bus (Delhi to Shimla & back) and Force Traveler/Cab at all other times.  
2. Accommodation on Sharing Basis: Hotel/Homestays (Kalpa, Tabo & Kaza), Swiss Camps (Rakcham & Chandratal). 
3. Meals: Rakcham (Breakfast+Dinner), Kalpa (Breakfast+Dinner), Tabo (Breakfast+Dinner), Kaza (2 Dinners+2 Breakfasts), Chandratal (Breakfast+Dinner), starting from Dinner on Day 1 to Breakfast on Day 7. 
4. Experienced and cool Trip Captain. 
5. Bonfire (if weather permits) & music only during the stay (Rakcham only) and local explorations as per itinerary. 
6. Driver allowances, toll taxes, parking, state taxes and permits. 
7. Oxygen cylinder and medical kit to handle extreme health problems.

Exclusions 

1. ₹400 per person local 4x4 vehicle fee for Chandratal (mandatory as per local authority regulations). \
2. Any extra meals and stay arrangements apart from the ones mentioned under inclusions as per the itinerary. 
3. Travel Insurance, items of a personal nature like porterage, tips, laundry etc. 
4. Any entry fees, extra expenses for optional activities or tickets, unless quoted in Inclusions.
5.  Cost of snow-chained or 4*4 Vehicle if needed due to heavy snowfall. 
6. Any other costs involved due to circumstances 
7. Any other costing involved due to circumstances like natural calamity, weather conditions, riots, roadblocks, landslides or any other forced circumstances which are out of our control. 
8. Anything which is not mentioned in the above inclusions.
9. GST (5%) is applicable extra.

Things To Pack
 

1. A good-quality rucksack (preferably 50-60 liters) with a rain cover and a small day backpack or trolley bag is recommended, since you’ll be changing multiple accommodations during the entire trip. 
2. Personal documents & ID's like Aadhaar card, driver's license, passport or any other valid Government ID proofs. 
3. A pair of shoes (mainly sports) with good grip & waterproof, at least 2 pairs of socks & floaters/sandals/slippers. 
4. Heavy down jacket, light fleece, long track/cargo pants, long/short sleeves T-shirts, body thermal wear (as per season), sun cap/hat, woolen cap & gloves (as per season), hoodie, raincoats/ponchos. 
5. Personal care items like cold cream & moisturiser, sunscreen (preferably SPF40), lip balm, sanitary pads, toothpaste & other toiletries, wet wipes, hand sanitizer, insect repellent, body spray. 
6. Sunglasses, charger, power bank, quick-dry towel, adequate amount of cash, quick snacks/dryfruits/energy bars, trash & waterproof laundry bags, reusable water bottle. 
7. Personal medication (as prescribed by the doctor) & first-aid, sprain relief spray, Diamox, glucose powder, tablets for headache, fever, diarrhea, motion sickness, Dettol & cotton/bandages.
